Who we are

Chelmsford City Synchronised Skating Team is a skating club based at Riverside Leisure Centre, Chelmsford. You can reach us at info@chelmsfordsynchroskating.uk.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your name and email address, and anything else you choose to give us: a phone number, a skater's age and skating experience, and your message. If you are writing on behalf of a child, please only include what is needed for us to reply.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your message and, if you ask about joining, to help you find the right team. We do not use them for marketing and we do not sell or share them. Our legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the form.

Who processes it

Form submissions are processed by Lumara Forms, a contact-form service run by Lumara, our website provider. It stores a copy of your submission in its database and sends it to us by email, delivered through Resend. The website is hosted on Cloudflare. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months, then delete them. If you join the club, we will tell you separately how membership details are handled.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing us. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
